Sends the provided Start/Resume PDU onto the MACE DIS Network

Parameters

pdu: Type: BSI.MACE.Network.DISdisStructureStartResumePacket
The structure containing the Start/Resume PDU.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if the packet was sent onto the network, False if not.
