Sends the provided Designator PDU onto the MACE DIS Network

pdu: Type: BSI.MACE.Network.DISdisStructureDesignatorPacket
The structure containing the Designator pdu.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if the packet was sent onto the network, False if not.
